A Spider has Gone Missing on the Space Station
Wednesday, 19 November 2008 14:20Spiders are welcome guests, though one of them is missing. Flight director Ginger Kerrick says they are looking for him. "The way it was explained to me is that he is a backup spider and he has his own contained space on board and he had moved out of that area. We think he came out of his bedroom and is in the living room of his house."
2,900-Year-Old Gravestone Reveals Ancient Belief System
Wednesday, 19 November 2008 14:20A 2,900-year-old gravestone from the ancient kingdom of Sam'al, located in what is today southeastern Turkey, has shed light on an ancient religious belief heretofore unknown. The gravestone, called a stele, is in nearly pristine condition and archaeologists were able to translate all the writing on it.
